Job Duties:
- Calling critical lab results
- Notifying unacceptables and mislabels to outpatient offices
- Place specimen pick up orders for clients
- Enter client supply orders
- Fax reports
Shift info:
- Evening Shift: 8s or 10s
- 8s (3pm-1130pm)
- 10s (1pm-1130pm)
- Rotating weekends and holidays
- Bachelor's Degree in physical/life science/related
- Licensed and Certified in either ASCP, AMT,AAB or equiv

Role Purpose
The Medical Technologist (MT) or Medical Laboratory Scientist (MLS) I performs processing and routine testing on blood and other specimens which requires a knowledge and understanding of quality control, basic instrument maintenance, and procedure methodologies and reference ranges. Demonstrates good laboratory practices.
