Ball Memorial Hospital with Indiana University Health Medical Group is seeking a dedicated Radiology Advanced Practice Provider (NP or PA) to join our collaborative Radiology team. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a mission-driven organization committed to delivering exceptional radiologic care to the Muncie community.
Our Radiology department is built on a team-based model, where APPs, Radiologists, technologists, and support staff work together to provide high-quality, patient-centered care. Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate closely with radiologists and multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless, high-quality care.
- Participate in care coordination, follow-up planning, and communication with referring providers.
- Ordering and interpreting diagnostic imaging and lab tests.
- Assisting with radiology procedures as appropriate
- Providing pre and post procedure patient education
- Procedures Performed
- GI Fluoro
- Thoracentesis
- Paracentesis
- Joint injection / asp
- Lumbar punctures
- biopsies
Qualifications
- Master's degree or higher from an accredited NP or PA program
- Current NP or PA certification and eligibility for Indiana licensure
- Prior experience in radiology, acute care, or procedural specialties preferred, but not required.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a commitment to compassionate, respectful patient care.
- Ability to thrive in a collaborative, team-based environment.
