Park Avenue Associates in Radiology, PC (PAAR) provides exclusive radiology services for four hospitals and multiple clinics in partnership with United Health Services Hospitals, Inc. UHS facilities include a regional level II trauma center and stroke center. PAAR owns and operates several imaging centers with MRI and co-owns and operates a PET/CT imaging center. Group members can obtain a clinical appointment at the Clinical Campus of SUNY Upstate Medical University and can become involved with several UHS residency and fellowship programs, if desired.

 
Compensation package includes:

 - First year salary $600k, then a competitive salary with productivity incentive for the following years

-  Sign-on bonus of $50k

-  Comprehensive benefits package which includes:

       Fully funded retirement plan ($72k for 2026), separate from the salary

       Multiple insurances (family health, professional liability, life, disability, etc.)

       Generous CME allowance of $12k per year

You will work in a 100% radiologist owned group with no outside investors, third-party beneficiaries, venture capital interest, or tiered partnership. The partner salary structure is simple and transparent with no hidden interests or benefits. Your hard work and efforts will be directly reflected in the next year’s salary. 

- You will join a group with a one-year partnership track and a symbolic buy-in amount (much less than one paycheck).

-  You will join a group with minimal operational costs, no collection fees, no bad debt. All work is compensated at a competitive rate by the health system. 

-  Your starting salary is competitive at $600k. Second year on, a competitive salary with productivity incentive for the following years.

-  Your sign-on bonus is $50k.

-  The value of the benefits is well over $100k, including a fully funded 401K/profit-sharing plan of $72k for 2026 .

-  You will have $12k annually to spend on CME-type activities.

-  You will never have to worry about tail malpractice insurance, as we provide occurrence-based malpractice insurance.

-  The group will provide multiple insurances (family health, life, long-term disability, etc.). Additional voluntary insurances are available too (vision, dental, life or AD&D insurance for spouse/dependents, and more).
