We are seeking an RDMS-credentialed sonographer with OB/GYN registry and a minimum of 2 years of clinical OB/GYN ultrasound experience. We are a concierge subspecialty ultrasound practice in the Washington DC metro area that prioritizes quality over quantity. You will have the time, tools, and trust to do your best work every day. In this role, you would perform high-quality OB/Gyn and pelvic ultrasound examinations across a full spectrum of women's health needs. Our sonographers conduct first and second trimester screenings, anatomic surveys, fetal well-being assessments, and gynecologic studies in collaboration with a subspecialty-trained Radiologist, and OB/Gyn physicians and healthcare providers. Our sonographers work with meaningful independence. You own your exam room, your workflow, and your relationship with patients. Leadership is present, collaborative, and accessible, but never micromanaging.

• RDMS credential required, OB/GYN registry +/- NT certification is strongly preferred
• Minimum 2 years of OB/GYN ultrasound experience in a clinical setting
• Strong command of gynecologic and obstetric scanning across the spectrum
• A natural communicator who can hold space for patients during emotionally complex exams
• Self-directed, organized, and comfortable working with a degree of independence
• Genuine commitment to high-quality imaging and excellent patient experiences
