We are a well-established, patient-centered private practice dedicated to providing high-quality diagnostic care in a comfortable and supportive environment. We are looking for an experienced Ultrasound Technologist to join our team and support our growing patient volume.
Position Summary
The Ultrasound Technologist will perform a variety of diagnostic ultrasound examinations with a high degree of accuracy and professionalism. We do a lot of Mammograms and need a tech that can handle doing many breast exams and US guided with the Radiologist Biopsies.This role requires excellent patient care skills, strong technical ability, and the ability to work independently within a small, collaborative office.
Key Responsibilities
Perform Abdomen, Breast (Biopsies), Vascular, Muscular Skeletal, OB/GYN and/or other specialized ultrasound exams (based on credentials)
Operate and maintain ultrasound equipment
Prepare and position patients, ensuring comfort and safety
Accurately capture diagnostic images and ensure proper documentation
Communicate clearly with patients and providers regarding procedures and findings
Maintain exam rooms and follow all safety, infection-control, and quality standards
Assist with scheduling, patient flow, and other clinical tasks as needed
Qualifications
ARDMS certification (Required)
Minimum 1–2 years of ultrasound experience preferred (private practice experience a plus)
Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and imaging techniques
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Certificate maintained. OMBI State License
Current CPR/BLS certification
