At the Health Care District of Palm Beach County, we’re looking for a skilled and compassionate Ultrasound Technologist to join our Maternal-Fetal Medicine (MFM) team. In this role, you’ll independently perform advanced OB/GYN and fetal imaging, including nuchal translucency (NT) and fetal echocardiography, to support high-quality, patient-centered care.

What You’ll Do
- Perform comprehensive OB ultrasound exams, including dating, NT, fetal anatomy, growth, and biophysical profiles (BPPs)
- Conduct high-risk and advanced MFM studies, including fetal echocardiography
- Ensure precise patient positioning and maintain a safe, comfortable exam environment
- Analyze patient history to guide accurate diagnostics, and escalate critical findings promptly
- Prepare images for physician review and maintain patient documentation
- Maintain ultrasound equipment cleanliness and functionality, reporting any issues as needed
- Support front desk operations and complete clerical duties as necessary
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and adhere to AIUM protocols

- ARDMS certification in OB/GYN, required
- Nuchal Translucency (NT) certification, required
- Fetal Echocardiography credential (RDMS-FE or RDCS-FE), preferred
- Additional certifications in Abdomen (AB) or Vascular (RVT), a plus
- 1–2 years of experience in OB/GYN ultrasound
- Graduation from an Accredited Ultrasound Program
