Atlantic Health System is seeking a full-time IR Technologist for Radiology Special Procedures at Overlook Medical Center. The position will be working from 7 AM to 5 PM, 4 days a week. Including on-call and weekends as required by department.

• Perform and provide appropriate imaging and treatment processes in accordance with state, federal and professional guidelines.
• Demonstrate knowledge of a variety of diagnostic and theerapeutic equipment, including set-up, utilization, troubleshooting and proper care of equipment.
• Assemble all relevant patient data including but not limited to the clinical history, identify, assess and resolve problems for overall process improvement.
• Prepare roomand equipment and review all clinical requisitions and verify orders.
• Performs high level of sterile techniques and maintains infection prevention standards.
• Demonstrates the ability to comnunicate effectively with all customers, exhibits and prommosted AHS PRIDE VALUES and adheres to all poicies and procedures of AHS.
• Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and great patient care skills.
• Training other team members as needed by the Radiology deparment.
• Perform other functions associated with department needs.
• Evening, weekend and Holiday on call coverage is required.

Education Requirements:

• AAS in radiology
• ARRT certification in Radiography
• NJDEP Licensed
• BLS certification

Minimum Experience Required:

• 2 years Diagnostic Radiography or IR experience
• OR experience and IR experience a plus
• EPIC experience preferred but not required
• Sectra extra preferred but not required
