$460K Guaranteed Salary + $25K Recruitment Incentives | Fellowship-Trained Breast Surgeon
Mercy Breast Surgery in Joplin, Missouri, is seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Breast Surgeon to join our growing practice. This is a 100% Breast Surgery position with no general surgery or ER call, offering a quick ramp-up period and the ability to practice in a collaborative, multidisciplinary environment.
Practice Highlights
- 100% Breast Surgery - no general surgery or ER call
- Must be Breast Fellowship trained
- Practice at one location: Mercy Hospital Joplin, with optional outreach
- Work in a collegial environment alongside Medical Oncology, Breast Radiology, Diagnostic Radiology, Infusion Therapy, PET/CT, Social Work, Nutrition, Chaplaincy, Dieticians, Cancer-dedicated research RNs, and support groups
- Fully accredited by the Commission on Cancer
- Plastic Surgery available for immediate reconstruction
- Very limited fellowship-trained breast surgeons in the region - high demand and quick ramp-up
- EMR: Epic
- Teaching opportunities with stipends available
Compensation & Benefits
- $460,000 income guarantee plus $25,000 recruitment incentives
- Additional incentives tailored to your needs: sign-on bonus, commencement bonus, resident/fellow stipends
- While on guarantee: 20 days PTO, 6 holidays, 5 days CME
- $5,000 annual CME allowance
