Key Responsibilities:
Leadership & Management: Lead and mentor a dedicated team of pediatric echocardiography technologists, ensuring high-quality imaging and patient care in a supportive, collaborative environment.
Patient-Centered Care: Oversee and manage the echocardiography department's daily operations, ensuring that every child receives the highest standard of care tailored to their unique needs.

The Echocardiography Manager would be responsible for performing and diagnosing transthoracic echocardiograms and fetal echocardiograms. Responsible for assisting physicians with transesophageal echocardiograms. Responsible for writing preliminary reports of study findings and correctly logging patient information. Responsible for the training of staff technologists, students and fellows in the echo lab. Responsible for coordinating the daily functions of the echo lab. Responsible for personnel schedules and performance evaluations. Responsible for coordinating with other departments in cardiology and CT surgery. Responsible for assisting in equipment purchases. Accountable for maintaining workplace safety.
