The role you’ll contribute:
GENERAL SUMMARY:
| Performs the duties of the Registered Nurse in the Imaging Department. Has been specially trained in radiological and vascular interventional procedures and techniques, PICC line placement and is part of the Imaging Team. Responsible for meeting hospital standards of care using the standard nursing process and skills of assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation for the following patient care populations: geriatrics, adult, adolescent and pediatric. Properly documents patient care given. Assists other department staff in provision of basic patient care in Imaging. Communicates with Radiologists, Vascular Surgeons, other Physicians, department staff, nursing staff and patients and their families as needed for high quality patient care. Adheres to the Florida Hospital Corporate Compliance Plan, and to all rules and regulations of all applicable local, state and federal agencies and accrediting bodies
