ChristianaCare is recruiting for an experienced Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our Hematology Department with locations in Newark and Wilmington, DE. This is a full-time Monday - Friday position working in the practice as well as inpatient consults. The selected candidate will be responsible for services that include team-based care management and treatment of malignant and benign Hematology patients; to include but not limited to care planning, cancer screening/surveillance, chemotherapy symptom management, pain management, patient education, communication with patients and families, ensuring continuity of care across range of clinical settings, attention of spiritual comfort and psychosocial support, bereavement support, and hospice care.
