The Team Leader, CT Technologist is responsible for the daily workflow and the performance of all patient services in the CT section of the Radiology department.

What you will do...

• Assists the departmental managers in the workflow coordination and supervision of employees in the absence of a supervisor or manager.
• The Team Leader works with management to assist staff with the performance of duties, educational programs, orientation and the ongoing training of employees.
• Serves as a liaison between the team and management.
• Identifies opportunities to improve patient safety, services and operational workflow.
• Participates in projects and programs designed to reduce error and improve safety.
• Provides quality images of designated portions of the body by operating CT equipment under the direct order of a physician and in accordance with radiation safety procedures.
• Provides patient care in a timely, professional, efficient, and safe manner.
• Leads CT team in patient satisfaction initiatives.
• This position reports to the Supervisor, Imaging Services.

Experience...

• Lead or Supervisory experience is preferred, but not required
