Are you looking for a career as an Clinical Coordinator? Look no further than BJC! We are looking for a Clinical Coordinator who has a background and knowledge within a Laboratory setting. You will play a crucial role in being the main gatekeeper for student placement for clinical rotations and being sure that they complete them successfully. Join our Laboratory-Administration team and enjoy an engaging opportunity with students of all ages.
- 9-5 M-F hours, however may be busier around the school season
- Facilitate tours, talks and career events with middle school and high schools in our region at any of our hospitals
- Support schools or hospital career days by providing informative presentations to raise awareness about the profession of clinical laboratory science as their career of choice
- Successful coordinators are efficient, organized and have good interpersonal skills.

Role Purpose
This role develops and presents educational programs that increase or reinforce knowledge and critical thinking for all laboratories within the system. This role also coordinates the orientation, placement, and training of students, facilitates contracts, and is the liaison between clinical programs and the system HSO. This role evaluates and improves the effectiveness of the training and placement program.
