Indiana University Health is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Radiology Nurse Practitioner / Family Nurse Practitioner or Registered Radiology Assistant to join our dynamic team. This position will play a cruicial role in delivering exceptional patient care in the field of Radiology. You will work closely with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to assess, diagnose, and manage patient care related to radiological procedures and treatments.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct thorough evaluations of patients before, during and after radiological procedures.
Collaborate with radiologists to interpret imaging results and assist in the diagnosis of medical conditions.
Provide clinical support for radiological interventions and procedures
Develop and implement individualized care plans based on patient assessments and diagnostic findings.
Work closely with multidisciplinary teams, including radiologists, physicians, nurses, APPs and other healthcare professionals
Qualifications
Masters Degree from an accredited university required
FNP, PA or RRA certification required
Experience in procedural radiology or related experience preferred
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced team environment
