Position Information:
The Mgr APP Clinical is responsible for operational performance and appropriate development of their advanced practice providers (NP PA CNM) within their group/team/division in a triad partnership with the Medical Director and Practice Manager of the respective WSP/WSG group/division. In addition this manager is responsible for leading their group/team in the development and execution of operational tactics to achieve aspirational goals for the group; including but not limited to-quality patient experience clinical outcomes financial outcomes new services regional development referral development clinical operations and medical staff interactions with the group/team. In their leadership role the individual will work closely with other Physician & Advanced Practice Provider Leaders physicians APPs nursing administration recruiting clinical and financial staff compliance and marketing. The Mgr APP Clinical will also serve in a clinical capacity delivering outstanding quality care to the patients within their assigned division and the WakeMed system. The Mgr APP Clinical will be expected to utilize a collaborative leadership style to develop WakeMed Health and Hospitals into one that is recognized as a national leader in conjunction with our Mission Vision and Values.

Experience Requirements:
2 Years Clinical - Physician Assistant Or 2 Years Clinical - Nurse Practitioner Or 2 Years Clinical - Nurse Midwife Required

Education Required:
Master's Degree Physician Assistant Or Nursing Required

Licensure/Certification Requirements:
Licensed Physician Assistant Or Certified Nurse Practitioner Or Certified Nurse Midwife Required

Hours of Work:
Mon-Sun days

Weekend Requirements:
Every Fourth
