A Day on The Job

Our clinicians enjoy a fast-paced, hands-on, roll up your sleeves work environment. A dynamic mix of appointments coupled with a comprehensive set of medical standards and guidelines keeps the workday interesting, engaging and rewarding. Clinical services include patient care, counseling, and screening laboratory test results with a focus on sexual and reproductive health care including gynecology, sexually transmitted infection, contraception, and gender-affirming hormone therapy. You will work in partnership with other clinical team members, the lead clinician, the health center supervisor and chief clinical officer to provide quality care. Your Schedule

The full-time clinician typically works five days (8am - 5pm) during a Monday through Saturday work week.

To Succeed

To be successful in this role you will to be a Women’s Health Nurse Practitioner (WHNP), Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP), Certified Nurse Midwife (CNM), or Physician Assistant (PA) with an active, unencumbered License to practice in the State of Tennessee; a current CPR /BLS certification, and a willingness/ability to obtain a DEA license at hire.

A minimum of one year of experience as a Nurse Practitioner, Physician Assistant or Certified Midwife in reproductive healthcare, women’s healthcare, family practice or urgent care with a comfort in working in a fast paced environment. Proficiency with IUD insertion and removal. Ultrasound skills and gender affirming care strongly preferred.
