Shift: 8's or 12's

Location: Adventhealth - ROME GA

The role you’ll contribute:

To deliver Laboratory services to meet the needs of patients performed in accordance with accepted standards and practices. Directs, supervises and coordinates functions and activities in their respective area(s).  Performs tests of body fluids and exudates to provide information for diagnosing and combating infectious diseases and to provide data on the cause and progress of disease. Oversees the work of others in the lab.

The expertise and experiences you’ll need to succeed:

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, LICENSURE AND EDUCATION REQUIRED:

• 5 years experience or proven managerial skills
• Bachelors degree or equivalent years of experience required
• 1 year hospital based training
• Medical Technologist, MT; Clinical Lab Technologist; Medical Lab Scientist (ASCP), Medical Laboratory Scientist
