• Strong clinical leader with experience driving improvements in quality and safety
• High comfort level managing a combination of employed and voluntary staff
• Business degree or equivalent experience required
• MD or DO degree required
• All candidates must be licensed or eligible for licensure in the State of New Jersey
• 10+ years' experience in senior clinical leadership - ideally as CMO, Associate CMO or Chairperson of a large department
• Experience within an academic setting strongly preferred
• Significant clinical experience and board certification in their specialty area
