Our department has 36 beds and we see a range of surgical patients, ETOH withdrawal, cellulitis and treat many chronic conditions such as COPD and CHF. We have a great culture focused on teamwork and positivity. Our nurse communication scores have been some of the highest in the hospital. Assumes personal accountability for organizational mission and core values. What You Bring/Job Requirements:In addition to bringing your whole self to the workplace each day, qualified candidates will need the following:* Six months previous CNA experience preferred.* Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English* Basic computer skills* Previous customer service experience preferred* High School diploma or GED required within one year of hire* Graduate of a Nursing Assistant Program preferred* State registered CNA license required* BLS from the American Heart Association required* Crisis Prevention Institute (CPI) Training preferred.
