Marshfield Medical Center - Beaver Dam Center is seeking a BC/BE Internal Medicine, Med/Peds or Family Medicine physician to join our primary care practice in Beaver Dam, Wisconsin.

• 100% outpatient practice with the opportunity to do procedures
• Call is set up weekly and is phone call only
• Work alongside a great group of dedicated providers that are looked to as medical leaders in the community
• Access to multiple specialties located on-site that includes dermatology, pain management, spine, general surgery, orthopedics, urology, podiatry, radiology, OBGYN, emergency medicine, cardiology, hospitalist program, chiropractor services and a cancer center
• Family friendly community with low crime and great schools located only 30 minutes from Madison, Wisconsin

• Competitive 2 year salary guarantee
