Details Posted: 08-Mar-23 Location: Cincinnati, Ohio Salary: Open Categories: Academic / Research Internal Number: 137937 DescriptionPediatric NeuroradiologistThe Department of Radiology at Cincinnati Children's Hospital Medical Center is seeking an ABR or AOBR certified or eligible radiologist with fellowship training in neuroradiology to join our neuroimaging team. The preferred candidate must have experience and demonstrable skills in all aspects of diagnostic pediatric neuroimaging. Strong interpersonal skills and an interest in research are desirable. The Department of Radiology has 37 clinical faculty, 12 research PhDs, one of the largest fellowship programs in the country, and we perform over 230,000 imaging examinations per year. The Division of Neuroradiology currently has 7 full-time and 2 part-time clinical faculty members and 6,000 neuro CT and 12,000 neuro MRI exams yearly. Cases include a great mix of basic and tertiary/quaternary cases, with cases referred from our epilepsy, neuro-oncology, tuberous sclerosis, and genetics teams. We enjoy outstanding collaborations with our medical and surgical colleagues, and participate in multiple weekly multidisciplinary conferences. Clinical and research imaging equipment is state of the art. Research time and start-up funding are available within the Department of Radiology and Cincinnati Children's Hospital.
