Swedish Medical Group is seeking a part-time at 0.8 FTE Certified Nurse Midwife to join a shared group practice in Seattle, Washington. This team aims to eliminate health disparities and improve perinatal outcomes through independent, anti-racist, trauma-informed, evidence-based midwifery care. This is a caring team of midwives who collaborate with OB/GYN physicians, RNs, IBCLCs and support staff who are committed to midwifery. In this role, you will help the group manage 40-50 deliveries per month in a large tertiary care center. The practice has a low c-section rate and excellent perinatal outcomes. Ideal candidate is adaptable, mission-oriented, and can work independently with minimal support.

• As a 0.8 FTE there is a mix of clinic and call shifts for a 32 hour work week which is prorated based on the FTE
• Experienced full-scope midwife preferred but new grads encouraged to apply
• AMCB Certification, active DEA, WA State RN/ARNP license and certification from an accredited Nurse Midwifery program required.
• Mix of perinatal care, GYN problem visits and annual exams, family planning, and lactation
• Competitive compensation package includes 5 weeks PTA, salary and bonuses, 401K match, health care and CME allowance
• Compensation between $59.37 and $73.36 per hour
