Supports services by updating, researching and maintaining databases utilized by staff. Direct supervision of Bed Placement Coordinators to ensure adherence to all policies and procedures. Will facilitate all goals established for Bed Placement Center and provide leadership role in day-to-day operations. Manages and executes daily throughput activities. Oversees staffing alignment decisions in CCSO. Oversees bed placement coordinators and acts as clinical expertise for decision making when clinical judgement is needed for level of care and/or care setting. Also, maintains responsibilities for assisting with answering incoming and making outbound calls that assists with patient placement in Centura Hospitals. What You Bring/Job Requirements:In addition to bringing your whole self to the workplace each day, qualified candidates will need the following: Bachelors BSN required within 2 years of hire.Associates (required)2 years clinical RN Experience 1 year clinical leadership experience (Charge Job Role, Relief Charge 2000 hrs = 1 yr, RN Clinical Coordinator, House Supervisor, ANM, Mgr-Clinical Nursing, Director Clinical Nursing, CNO (Nurse Educator experience 3yrs = 1 yr)RN License to practice in ColoradoRegistered Nurse Medium Work - exert/lift up to 50 lbs. force occasionally, and/or up to 20 lbs. frequently, and/or up to 10 lbs. constantlyYour Connected Community:When people and places align, incredible things happen.
