JOB SUMMARYThe Manager, Nursing Support Registered Nurse (RN) - Facility is responsible for managing activities for facility, nursing staffing ensuring efficient facility operations. Provides oversight and leadership support to administrative supervisors, room control coordinator, staffing coordinator, and nursing float pool staff. Works collaboratively with other interprofessional team members, such as, respiratory therapy, radiology, social work, physicians and other practitioners, to ensure safe patient passage and efficient patient throughput within the facility. Directs and manages staff following the organization's mission, vision, values, and goals.
