Trinity Health Of New England Medical Group is seeking a licensed Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our Adult Medicine primary care team in Greater Springfield, Massachusetts.

This is an excellent opportunity to join an established group of physicians and advanced practitioners in a rapidly growing outpatient adult medicine department. In this full-time outpatient role, you will practice within modern facilities in a collaborative team environment where all providers are connected through Epic?our fully-integrated EMR system. You will have the resources needed to provide exceptional care on site, including labs, radiology services, medical specialists, and a hypertension clinic.

The successful candidate should be licensed to practice in Massachusetts and be a team player with an interest in providing full-spectrum care for adult patients. Candidates with experience are preferred, however, we are open to train a highly motivated new graduate. New NPs with prior nursing experience are also encouraged to apply.
