You've spent years learning and training to provide outstanding care for your patients. That's why our model lets you focus on taking care of them. Our physicians have wrap-around practice and administrative support to do many of the things that aren't clinical, from answering emails to providing follow-up instructions, to helping secure social services for your patients. We take care of you, too, with exceptional compensation packages, market-leading retirement contributions, gold-star health benefits, generous PTO, sabbatical opportunities, continuing medical education time and allowance, and leadership development through our in-house Northwest Permanente University. You will be based at our Sunnybrook Medical Center in the Portland, OR area, but you should also be flexible to support patients at our Central Interstate (Portland, OR) and Orchards (Vancouver, WA) locations, as needed. Our care responsibilities are delineated by Department Service Agreements so care roles are typically discrete among departments. There is no evening or weekend call. This role will also support referral triage and chart review, 1 day per week virtually, and work 3 1/2 days per week, in a clinic. Your role with our team can include the following: Proceduralists (Ultrasound guided shoulder injections, SI Joint, Botox for limb spasticity, Electrodiagnosis [except for muscle and certain niche neurodegenerative diseases]), Fluoro-guided injections and ESI's are part of the practice, but may be available for this role based on demand in the community.
