Strategic Relationships and Market Development - In partnership with Surgeon-in-Chief and in alignment with Strategic Planning and CCHMC growth strategic plan, developinitiatives, assessing new markets and new geographies, analyzing business opportunities, and determining financial viability and operations rollout, in conjunction with senior leadership and faculty. Coordinate with divisions and departments on existing, new, and expanded product service development for strategy, negotiation, and execution. Conduct financial feasibility studies and develop proposals for new business opportunities. Leadership - Serve as the key liaison between organizational leadership and reporting functions for operations, finance, and administration. Build and maintain the relationships necessary for the provision of care, and growth, both internally and externally.
