Required Qualifications:

• Unlimited Licensure in the state of Massachusetts
• Board Certified or board eligibility in a primary care specialty
• Active DEA License
• Certified in Basic Life Support (BLS) or Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS)
• Comfortable with Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system; EPIC preferred
