Atlantic Health System is seeking a Full Time Procedure Scheduler for Radiology- Mammography at Overlook Medical Center. Days, 7:30 a.m. - 3:30 p.m.

• Responsible for scheduling of all interventional procedures inclusive of stereotactic, and ultrasound biopsies and localizations from within the department as well as external sources.
• Coordinate follow up appointments when requested by referring physicians
• Process and route all paperwork as required to meet physician and facility requirements
• Interact with patients, physicians and other staff, both internal and external and provide accurate information in a timely manner
• Provide efficient and courteous telephone communication
• Accurate documentation of internal and external communication with patients, physicians and staff
• Prioritize and act upon urgent situations

Qualifications/Requirments:

• Candidate must possess excellent interpersonal skills
• Superior phone etiquette
• Willingness to be flexible with assignments with the Breast Center

Minimum Education:

• High School Diploma or GED required

Relevant Experience:

• Breast Care/Imaging experience would be a plus
