Atlantic Health System is seeking a Full Time Medical Office Associate for AMG New Jersy Thoracic Surgeon Associates (NTSA), part of Atlantic Medical Group.

Essential Functions:

• The MOA will manage phones, schedule appointments, radiology testing, and communicating with providers, different departments and patients.
• Medical Office Associate, Front End will also

  add prep charts, check patients in and out and knowing how to multitask in a busy surgical practice is required.

Education:

• High School Diploma required

Qualifications/Requirements:

• Prior surgical office experience strongly preferred
• Prior electronic medical record experience desired
• Excellent telephone manner, ability to coordinate with several providers at once
• Ability to maintain professionalism with providers and mid-level providers, patients and families in a caring and compassionate manner
