Atlantic Health System is seeking a Full Time Patient Access Representative for the Scheduling department at the Corporate office in Morristown to work 10am-6pm.

Essential Functions/Responsibilities:

• Candidate will be a scheduler in the Central Scheduling Call Center.
• Candidate will take a large volume of incoming calls that will facilitate the transcribing of orders and scheduling of our patients in various modalities.
• Candidate will be trained and required to communicate various patient assistance tools.
• Candidate will cross train in various modalities as warranted by the department.

Minimum Education:

• High School diploma or GED required
• Associates degree or the equivalent in certifications would be preferred. Applicants currently enrolled in college with experience in a call center and or scheduling environment will be considered. Years of service in a health-care scheduling department will also be considered.

Minimum Experience:

• Candidate should have Call Center experience or the equivalent in working in a high call volume environment.
• Work experience in Radiology services (MRI, CTs, Mammography's) and or Rehabilitation services are preferred.
• Candidate must pass the necessary training for the scheduling applications.
