A staff Vascular Technician is required to be flexible with daily scheduling and may be required to work various patient care settings. Following appropriate practice, a staff Vascular Technician will:

• Perform noninvasive vascular studies utilizing ultrasound techniques.
• Work effectively within the office to maintain an environment of excellence, which is patient focused to provide timely, compassionate, quality patient care.
• Be responsible and accountable for competent noninvasive vascular ultrasound examinations.
• Effectively communicate with staff to ensure patient quality care and is motivated with good interpersonal skills.

Education

Ultrasound Training program or OJT from a vascular laboratory. (Required)
