Coastal Carolina Hospital (CCH) is a 41-bed acute care hospital located at 1000 Medical Center Drive in Hardeeville, SC. Opened in 2004, CCH joined the healthcare system in 2007 and serves patients in Bluffton, Okatie, Hardeeville and surrounding counties through its care team of over 400 colleagues and over 70 physicians. Nuclear Medicine Tech Part Time Days
The Nuc Med Tech assists with coordination of activities of the Nuclear Medicine Department. Prepares, administers and measures radioactive isotopes for use in therapeutic, diagnostic and tracer studies. Performs and assists with nuclear medicine studies at Coastal Carolina Hospital, Hilton Head Hospital and the Bluffton Medical Center. Ensures compliance with patient care quality standards as it relates to the care provided to all age groups. Maintains performance improvement activities within the department and participates in P.I. activities. Maintains efficient and effective department operation while requiring compliance with all Joint Commission, federal, state and local regulatory laws, standards and protocols. Works with students from affiliated radiology schools as needed.

THE NUCLEAR MEDICINE TECH PART TIME DAYS CANDIDATE WILL POSSESS THE FOLLOWING EDUCATION, LICENSE/CERTIFICATIONS, AND EXPERIENCE.
Experience:
1. One year of experience is preferred.

Required Certifications:
1. Must be registered with the NMTCB and/or ARRT.
2. SCRQSA and current BLS are also required.
