Our firm, The Headhunters, LLC., a national boutique professional search firm, has been engaged to find a permanent Ultrasound Technician for a growing hospital in Great Falls, Montana. Day and evening shifts are both available and would both be part of a growing organization and a tight-knit, supportive team, reporting to a strong, compassionate, and conscientious leader in the Director of Radiology. Compensation range is up to $110,000 all-in, plus generous benefits.

The hospital is small but well-established in the community and on a massive growth track, with a new tower going up next year. This role has the opportunity to get in on the ground floor of huge expansion and help to define the culture of the future team, as well as offering opportunity for future advancement into a supervisor or manager role. Responsibilities:

• Perform ultrasounds for patients coming from all departments: outpatient, inpatient, and urgent care
• Schedule and prioritize ultrasound cases independently and in accordance with patient and department needs
• Explain examinations to patient as needed
• Verify patient identity and medical information
• Deliver completed exam to radiologist or physician

Qualifications:

• ARDMS or ARRT registered or registry eligible
• Registration in vascular highly desired but all specialties will be considered
• Must be organized and capable of effectively prioritizing tasks and requests from different departments
• Must be a self-starter; capable of handling multiple priorities and complex situations
• Attention to detail, good judgement and discretion
