Atlantic Health System is seeking a Assistant Manager, Medical Imaging, for our Union Campus.

Position oversees outpatient imaging department that provides services to outpatient and emergency department. Modalities include CT, X-ray, US, MRI, Mammo and DEXA.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Performs and Provides treatments that follow State, Federal and professional standards.
• Demonstrates knowledge of all imaging equipment and procedures.
• Works with department leadership to develop/review policies, procedures and protocols as needed.
• Responsible for all ED and outpatient operations on shift.
• Responsible for staff scheduling and performance reviews.
• Follow ALARA and image gently campaign.
• Knowledge of EPIC a plus.
• Demonstrates AHS PRIDE values.
• Exceptional customer service skills a must.

Qualifications/Requirments:

• Candidate skillset must include advanced imaging certification
• Physical must be able to work on your feet for 7.5 hours per day including heavy lifting, pushing, and pulling of at least 20 lbs

Minimum Education:

• Completion of AMA approved Radiology Program required

Education:

• CT/MRI registered preferred

License/Certifications:

• Current ARRT and NJ State License required

Relevant Experience:

• 1+ years of previous Leadership experience storngly preferred
