Monday thru Friday days call is rotated between 3 techs

Summary

The ECHO tech performs resting, stress and trans esophageal echocardiograms.
Calculates, measures, and documents appropriate values on the tests performed for review and interpretation by physicians.
Communicates with physicians, managers, and co-workers as appropriate about changes in patient�s clinical conditions while undergoing echocardiogram.

Education

Required: Graduate of accredited Diagnostic Medical Sonography School

Experience

Required: rotations in a hospital setting
Preferred: 2 years ECHO experience; pediatric included

Certifications

Required: ARDMS or CCI in Echocardiography, American Heart Association BLS

Full Time Days schedule

Sign-On requires a minimum of 2 years of experience as an ECHO Tech
