Atlantic Health System is seeking a Per-Diem Scheduler for the Radiology Department at Hackettstown Medical Center.

Esstential Functions:

• Greets patients upon arrival and assists with administrative functions within the department.
• Answers incoming calls.
• Schedules appointments.
• Receive information from patients and physicians regarding insurance authorizations and lab values.
• Performs filing and fulfills requests for copies of images, etc.

Education:

• High School Diplomia Required

Requirements:

• Must be familiar with computer scheduling applications and possess excellent communication skills
• Candidate must be able to handle stressful situations with a calm demeanor and be able to multitask as well as prioritize
• Self motivated individual with ability to work well within a team atmosphere required
