The Revenue Cycle Analyst II provides support for the installation, configuration, conversion, implementation and ongoing maintenance and utilization for revenue cycle applications. The Revenue Cycle Analyst II is responsible for documentation of functional specifications and operational work flows for the applications used within revenue cycle.  The Revenue Cycle Analyst II provides end-user support. This role ensures applications are working in production as intended and when not, works to resolve issues timely.

The Revenue Cycle Analyst II job duties also include, but are not limited to:

• Participates in assigned project implementations understanding the scope, directives and strategies to meet short and long term goals and objectives
• Participates in phases of project implementation to include, but not limited to, design, procedural development, testing, training, issue resolution, production maintenance and end-user support/assistance
• Develops and maintains work flows for both applications/technology and operational work flows; works to identify areas for cost savings and improved efficiencies
• Maintains change control documentation and logs; maintains all testing documentation for upgrades, conversions and improvements
• Serves as primary contact for business partners (outside vendors), managing regularly scheduled calls, reporting issues, managing open cases (issues logs), testing programming set to receive from vendor for issue resolution, managing deployments
• Serves as liaison between Revenue Cycle Operations, Revenue Cycle Improvement, Information Services and business partners (outside vendors) ensuring that applications function as intended/needed
• Creates and distributes system report packages and generates ad hoc report results as needed or when requested
• Manages work load and assigned tasks to meet committed timeframes, quality guidelines and operational expectations
• Involved in all details and aspects of Revenue Cycle Services, Revenue Cycle Improvement and team responsibilities to provide primary support for assigned applications and technologies.  Cross-trains to provide secondary support allowing for full coverage when a co-worker is out of the office

The ideal candidate for the Revenue Cycle Analyst II role will have the ability to document work flows and modify/update work flows when changes and improvements are made, and be able to adapt to changing priorities and initiatives.

EDUCATION - Bachelors

EXPERIENCE - A minimum of 3 years experience required
