Under the direction of the Digital Health Director, this role will manage the day-to-day Digital Health operations. This includes providing or organizing training, developing and standardizing workflows, monitoring program metrics and data in order to support the implementation and the ongoing success of both direct-to-consumer and provider-to-provider programs and initiatives.This position will work closely with the IS Digital Health Project Manager, hospital administration, the greater Information Services team (IS), and the rest of the Digital Health team by providing leadership in the areas of establishing workflow processes and best practices, end-user support, clinic staff support and training. Essential FunctionsThe essential functions listed are typical examples of work performed by positions in this job classification. Liaises with ambulatory leadership and IS for technology changes, upgrades and fixes. Maintains vendor relationship and communication to ensure that all stakeholders are constantly updated of changes.Supports development and execution of training for virtual health use cases and managing ongoing training needs.Acts as a change agent and executes change management and adoption approach for specific use cases and partner with practice areas to execute.Monitors, socializes, and advocates for adoption of digital health workflows across clinics.Coordinates with service lines and other consulted parties to identify clinical and business workflow/product design requirements.Effectively transitions and communicates the value of new digital health and telehealth programs to operations and clinical departments for sustainment.Analyzes key metrics and volumes and is responsible for reporting out metrics and target goals regularly to leadership and Digital Health teams.Conducts root-cause analysis and recommends solutions to fix issues.
