Additional roles include performing internal program audits, information technology coordination, vendor account setup and maintenance, and pharmacy team member training. This position will primarily be a day shift position. Specific duties include (but are not limited to):340B Program Operations, Auditing, Compliance- Home Infusion (70%) Serve as point person and subject matter expert for all 340B operational and compliance activities supporting Duke Home Infusion including:Qualifying all 340B eligible prescriptionsManaging 340B data extracts, data transmission and accumulator accuracyCoordinate replenishment of 340B purchased inventory and invoice reconciliationSupport all monthly internal and ad hoc external audits of 340B operationsCollaborate with Home Infusion and Pharmacy stakeholders to troubleshoot 340B inquiries requiring detailed accumulator, electronic health record, and or financial system review.Perform quarterly analysis of in-scope NDC formulary for review by Home Infusion and Pharmacy stakeholders.Maintain all documentation for 340B eligible prescriptions transmitted through non-standard methods; ensure adequate organization of records and ability to retrieve records.
