MaineHealth is offering Sign-on Bonuses up to $20,000 for Sonographers!

• Eligible candidates are hired (offer accepted) into a Full or Part time position. Bonus amount prorated based on experience and for Part time hires. Per diem hires are ineligible for bonus.
• Current MaineHealth member employees are ineligible; former MaineHealth Members are ineligible until greater than 6 months separation from employment.

MaineHealth is currently seeking candidates for a number of Sonographer positions across three of our local health systems: Maine Medical Center (Portland), Maine Medical Partners (Scarborough), and Southern Maine Health Care (Biddeford). We currently have openings in Cardiac, Vascular, and Women’s Health. The Sonographer position has multiple levels, offering a career ladder for professional development, and an opportunity to grow within the MaineHealth System!

The Sonographer plays a key role in a variety of departments in providing physicians with high quality diagnostic imaging to assist with the accurate interpretation and diagnosis of various medical conditions and circumstances.

Graduates of an approved school of sonography or ultrasound are strongly preferred. Necessary knowledge, skills and abilities will vary based on department specific criteria. We encourage you to apply!
