Echo Tech PT Days Position Summary

Performs and monitors echocardiogram (cardiac ultrasound) procedures.
Calculates, measures, and documents appropriate values on the tests performed for review and interpretation by physicians.
Communicates with physicians, managers, and co-workers as appropriate about changes in patient�s clinical conditions while undergoing echocardiogram.

Echo Tech PT Days Candidate Will Possess the Following Education and License or Certifications

Education

Required: Graduate of accredited Diagnostic Medical Sonography School

Experience

Required: 6 months in clinical setting
Preferred: 2 years

Certifications

Required: Registry eligible and BLS.
Preferred: RDMS or RDCS
