• Position is unique with two components -- provide full scope primary care in office in addition to treating geriatric patients at two local skilled nursing facilities
• Join team that includes five other physicians, six nurse practitioners, medical assistants, practice manager, and clinical coordinator
• Lab, Imaging, and Rehab services on campus plus Point of Care testing (rapid flu, urinalysis, pregnancy) on site
