The Divisional Emergency Management Manager is responsible for managing the comprehensive environment of care and emergency management programs within their respective divisions in order to provide strategic directions for emergency management.  The Divisional Emergency Management Manager works with their director to develop and implement a program to protect staff, patients, physicians and visitors from an EM perspective as well as implement process improvements and standardize best practices for their hospital(s). The Divisional Emergency Management Manager has the responsibility of reporting annual performance measures to the respective hospital Boards for all Emergency Management plans and performance indicators. 

The ideal candidate will have the ability to manage projects from beginning to end and drive change through continuous process improvement, be an analytical and critical thinker and have a thorough working knowledge of The Joint Commission EC, LS, and EM standards as well as NFPA, OSHA, Texas DSHS, CMS and other applicable regulations and be able to communicate effectively in both written and verbal forms.
