Provides clinical oversight for imaging areas that include radiography, computed tomography (CT), magnetic resonance imaging (MRI), and ultrasound. Experience • Required: Minimum three (3) years of supervisory experience. Five (5) years of clinical radiology experience. • Preferred: Five (5) years of supervisory experience in an acute care pediatric setting strong preferred. Five (5) years of clinical radiology experience in two or more specialty modalities in Radiography and CT or MRI or Ultrasound. Education • Required: Graduate from a Radiology Technology or Ultrasonography program required. • Preferred: Bachelor's degree in related field. Training • Required: None required. Specialized Skills • Required: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills; interpersonal relationship and collaboration skills. Excellent analytical and organization skills; excellent critical thinking, judgment, and problem-solving skills. Ability to speak, read, write, and understand English effectively at a level appropriate for the safe and effective performance of the job. Knowledge of computer systems and software used in functional area. Attention to detail, vigilance, poise, and composure in stressful situations. Licensure • Required: American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography – RDCS (AE, PE) or Amer Reg Rad Tech – Radiography (ARRT-R); Basic Life Support (BLS). • Preferred: Cert Rad Tech – CA Fluoroscopy.
