M Health Fairview has an immediate opening for a Radiologic Technologist in the Flex Workforce to support the north metro Fairview Clinics.

Join the Flex Clinic and as a member of the care team, the Radiologic Technologist provides quality age-appropriate patient care according to established standards of practice, and works collaboratively with all members of the health care team.

This position supports the Flex Workforce. Flex workforce employees regularly travel to multiple clinics to fill open shifts and regular travel is defined as the expectation to be available to travel 100% at any time to different locations based on the business needs. The length of the assignment at a location will vary based on need (i.e. 1 day for ill call or an extended period of time), which includes the expectation to travel to more than one clinic during the day at a moments notice. The nature of travel expectations (100%) and schedule expectations (unpredictable) provide a clear distinction between flex workforce employees and the expectations for travel (none or occasionally) and schedules (predictable) for other employees.

Flex workforce employees receive an additional $1/hour on top of their hourly rate.

This is a .8 FTE (64 hours per two week pay period), benefits-eligible opening.

This position floats to all Fairview north metro clinics.

To be successful the Radiologic Technologist must:

• Perform a wide variety of complex diagnostic testing in the disciplines of radiology
• Quality assurance

The technologist is responsible for performing these responsibilities in accordance with all policy, procedures, and regulatory agency requirements

Required Qualifications:

• Vocational Technical training or Associates degree
• ARRT registration
• BLS certification

Preferred Qualifications:

• One year or more of technologist experience
