The Cardiac Sonographer performs professional, technical and administrative duties of basic cardiac ultrasound procedures using specialized ultrasound equipment.

Additional responsibilities include; ability to absorb new information quickly and translate into daily clinical or administrative practice. Set individual priorities relating to echo studies and routine patient care. Combines critical thinking and analytical skill to solve routine problems. Effective oral, written and interactive skills. Detail orientation. Cooperative team player. Comfortable in fast paced, fluid environment. Able to quickly jump into situations.

Position may require rotating to other VMG locations (in NJ) from time to time when necessary.
